How long will it take to receive my order?

Many of our products are handmade or made-to-order. Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom items whenever possible. If you're interested in a custom design, personalized gift, team apparel, or special request, please contact us to discuss your project.

Are your handmade items exactly the same?

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations may occur. These small differences make each item unique and are part of the charm of handmade goods.

What sizes are available for apparel?

Sizing information is provided on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of many of our products, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please review our Return Policy for complete details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

Do you offer local pickup?

If local pickup is available, details will be provided during checkout. We are based in Washington State.

How should I care for my apparel?

For best results:

• Wash inside out
• Cold water
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on printed designs

How should I care for handmade items?

Care instructions may vary by product and will be included in the product description when applicable.

Yes! We regularly participate in local vendor markets and community events throughout Washington. Follow us on social media or join our email list for upcoming event announcements.

Where are your products made?

Our products are handmade, designed, sewn, printed, or curated by The Pink Door Design Co. in Washington State.

Are your burp cloths and bibs machine washable?

Yes! Our burp cloths and bibs are designed for everyday use and can be machine washed. Please follow the care instructions included with your item.

Do you offer matching sets?

Many of our baby items are available as matching sets, including coordinating burp cloths, bibs, and accessories when available.

Can I request a specific fabric or pattern?
